Dale has more than 40 years of experience in energy distribution and renewables. He was a top producer in sales of energy retrofit systems through PG&E in the Bay Area for 2015. For more than 20 years, he was the top selling sales representative for a major electrical distributor in the Bay Area with major clients including Exxon, C&H Sugar, Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Lawrence Livermore and Berkeley Laboratories, and Shell Oil to name a few. As a business owner for many years, Dale has extensive knowledge and background in business management. Originally from Michigan, Dale is an Air Force Veteran with an honorable discharge.

Thomas played an instrumental part in the largest PACE financed energy-efficiency project in California, and one of the largest in the nation. The installation of solar, LED-lighting, Climate Wizards, and new cool roofs at the three car dealerships in Roseville, CA, incorporated the deep-retrofit analysis that Cogent employs as its business model.  He earned his Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix and has more than 10 years performing professional financial, accounting, and assurance services.  He is the current Chief Strategy Officer for Cogent Power Solutions, Inc.

Bryan has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant and executive director in the media, renewable energy, and resource industries. He is involved in all financing and strategic aspects of current and future projects including corporate development, deal structure and project management. Mr. Miller served as president of Sunergy, Inc. in 2011 and 2012. Miller and Bourassa both were responsible for several high-profile energy projects in West Africa. He is the current Chief Business Development Officer for Cogent Power Solutions, Inc.
